This video captures the reopening under new ownership of the Pittsburgh bakery plant featured in the Plant Closing video. After Nabisco closed the facility in 1999, the Regional Industrial Development Corporation of Southwest Pennsylvania (RIDC) bought it and leased it to Atlantic Baking Company, which was subsequently merged with the Bake-Line Group.  The company went bankrupt in 2004 and the site was turned into an office and retail park now known as "Bakery Square."

A key theme in this video is the role of multiple constituencies (government, quasi government authorities, NGOs, labor and management, plus other private sector entities) in reopening a plant and insuring some level of economic viability of a region.

Paul Goodman interviews four people involved in the reopening: Dale Killmeyer, president of Atlantic Bakery; Jim Crawford, from Steel Valley Authority; Agie Broz, from Bloomfield Garfield Corporation; and Tom Murphy, Mayor of Pittsburgh (1994-2006).
